Friday 9th February 2018 was another milestone date in the history of the Province of Buckinghamshire, as it saw the Installation of a new PGM – RW Bro. John Clark. The Ceremony was performed in the magnificent surroundings of Grand Temple in Great Queen Street and after Provincial Grand Lodge was opened by the Deputy PGM in Charge, VW Bro. Robert Wharton, The Deputy Grand Master, RW Bro. Jonathan Spence then entered and presided over the meeting to install our new PGM. It was indeed a wonderful ceremony and there was a large attendance of Bucks Masons to witness the afternoon proceedings.
The Festive Board in the Connaught Rooms was equally well attended and despite some last minute cancellations for health and family reasons, Neleus was very respectably represented by VW Bro. Cliff Drake and W. Bros Ron Howell and Tom Quinn. The happy Banquet photograph shows the 3 of them plus Tom’s guest Henry Hobson who is also a good friend of John Clark.
