A great time was had by all at Beaconsfield Masonic Centre for a Christmas Afternoon Tea Party on Sunday Dec 3rd. Of the nearly 40 people in attendance there were members and their families plus invited guests and of course our very special Lodge widows. After a lovely selection of tasty sandwiches, scones, jam and cream followed by sumptuous cakes, all washed down with copious amounts of tea and coffee, W. Bro Tom Quinn and his wife Eunice got us all into the Christmas spirit by encouraging us to join in singing some traditional Christmas Carols. Much laughter ensued especially when "The Twelve Days of Christmas" was sung. Each table was given no less 3 actions to do and after a lot confusion and laughter we finally arrived at.............. "and a partridge in a pear tree" for the last verse. Great fun.
